The EMCA is basically a non-profit, grass roots type group who are typically involved in the maintenance, repair, and management of heavy equipment used in earth moving construction, quarries, demolition, paving, road & bridge building, and landfill operations to name a few. Our purpose for forming 19 years ago was when a handful of such shop managers realized that we all struggle with the same issues day to day and instead of each of us having to cope and find our own solutions we could help each other through our shared knowledge, experience and contacts in the industry. We may at times be competitors but by supporting each other we are all stronger - Success for any of us is success for us all. The NJ EMCA being the original is coming up on it’s 20th year and the PA EMCA has just formed this year and is growing fast. We welcome new members to join us - share our experience and help us with yours.
